Postgraduate Leadership Fellow

The Leadership Fellowship is a 1-year, full-time position designed for a recent graduate seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in leadership and nonprofit management. The start date is flexible, with a preference for May.

This role is designed as a hands-on, immersive experience in nonprofit leadership, combining program execution, student engagement, and organizational development. The Fellow will serve as a central team member within ODC, working closely with leadership to drive student programming, strengthen campus presence, and support the organization’s growth.

The Leadership Fellow will work from ODC’s office in Lewisburg, PA. Occasional evening and weekend availability will be required to support ODC events and activities.
